Email Signature Generator

Use this tool to create your official ECU email signature. After entering your information, copy the generated signature and paste it into your email program. For mobile devices, use readily available instructions for your device found on Google, YouTube or other sources.

Do not modify elements in the generated signature. This includes, but is not limited to, changing the ECU Logo, the colors, or adding additional graphics above, beside, inside, or below the signature. There are two fields for URLs and can be used to “Book time with me”, “See my Faculty Page”, or for simply linking to your department’s webpage. Note: don’t forget to add the Website Link Text for each URL – it is required.
